Billing Policy Update
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue bulk billing for private (non-concession) patients. This change reflects the increasing costs associated with providing high-quality care and ensures we can continue offering the best possible services that our patients expect.
Moving forward, only patients with current Health Care, Pension Concession or Commonwealth Seniors cardholders and children under 16 will remain eligible for bulk billing. All other private patients will be charged a private fee, with Medicare rebates still available for eligible consultations.
A private fee will be charged on Saturday for ALL patients .
